1. Go to the website and Log in to post.
2. Fill in the posting form as accurately as possible.
3. In the Managed By section, indicate the actual name of the manager. Eg, John (Landlord) or ABC Properties or Lucy (Manager)
4. Tick ALL the features that apply to your house. Take your time here, because serious tenants search using these features. Tick features in every section. Tick the rules that apply to your tenants. It is these features, amenities and rules we use to match your house with the right tenants.
5. We need 10–20 clear photos of your houses. Include a photo of the exterior of the house. Do not repeat similar pictures. Show all important and attractive parts of the house.
6. Write a short description (1–3 sentences) inviting tenants to contact you. No emojis in the description box. If a feature is missing from the checklist, write it in the description. Do not include your phone number in the description box.
7. Advertise only houses that are ready for occupation. Do not post houses under construction or renovation.
8. Dirty houses will be rejected and deleted without warning.
