Let’s be brutally honest today… Most people in the Rentals Industry are not failing because of competition, the economy, or difficult tenants. They are failing because their own bodies have betrayed them.

You wake up tired.
You walk to the 2nd floor and you're already breathing like you were chased by a pack of wolves.

You get moody, rude, impatient, and slow — not because you’re a bad person, but because your body has no power left.

You can’t show houses because you're in hospital, stressed, or sick half the time.

You forget things. You postpone tasks. You make small mistakes that end up costing you big money.

Poor health is the hidden thief of your rentals business.
And nobody talks about it.

So today, let’s expose the truth and give you the solution.

IF YOU WANT TO WIN IN THE RENTALS INDUSTRY, YOU MUST BE IN SUPREME HEALTH.

This job is physically demanding
– walking, climbing stairs, running errands, carrying keys…

It is mentally demanding
– dealing with tenants, caretakers, agents, negotiations, complaints, problems…

It is emotionally demanding
– delays, last-minute cancellations, ghosting, arguments, stress…

Weak health = Weak business.

Pure and simple.

HERE IS THE HEALTH BLUEPRINT EVERY LANDLORD, CARETAKER & AGENT MUST FOLLOW:

1. Eat Powerful Foods Only

If you want energy, eat energy.
Beef, goat, lamb, liver, eggs, bone marrow, matumbo, tallow, ghee, chicken with skin.
Leafy vegetables like sukuma, spinach, managu, cabbage.

Complex carbs like beans, lentils, chickpeas, pumpkin.

Keep it simple. Keep it animal-based.

2. Walk & Move Every Day

This industry is not for statues.
Walk 8–12 km every day. Your legs are your engine.

Go to the gym and LIFT WEIGHTS. Not cardio. Do this on alternating days 3-4 per week.

3. Sunlight Daily

Expose as much skin to as much sunlight as possible.
People who avoid the sun are always tired, moody, and low energy.

4. Hydrate Properly

Water + salt.
Your brain, muscles and mood depend on this.

In the mornings, drink sugarless black coffee and herbal spices (like a mixture of ginger and cinnamon) boiled in water.

5. Manage Stress Intelligently

Take deep breaths.
Take micro breaks.
Reset your mind before you explode on clients.

Learn the right way of managing rentals business.

6. Sleep Like a Human Being

No energy? No focus? No discipline?
Sleep is the foundation.

7. Build Good Daily Habits

This is where most people lose.
Do these consistently:

Walk barefoot as much as possible

Use stairs, avoid lifts

Brush teeth with salt

Men: go commando as much as possible. You don't need that boxer.

Squat naturally when using the toilet

Avoid injuries

Cold showers

Short nature walks

Stretch daily

Keep your environment clean

Take body-check metrics (weight, BP, pulse)

Reduce interactions with toxic people

Improve posture & core strength

Splash cold water on your face for alertness

Adapt to weather instead of hiding from it

Small habits create strong bodies.

8. Delegate & Build a Strong SOP Team

You cannot carry everything alone.
Hire caretakers who follow Standard Operating Procedures like a religion.

9. Recruit Only the Right Tenants

A single problematic tenant can destroy months of peace.
Choose wisely.

10. Market Properly

If you don’t market well, you attract jokers.
Good marketing = good tenants = good income.

UNDERSTAND:

If your body is weak, your business becomes weak.
If your body is strong, your business becomes unstoppable.

Your energy…
Your mood…
Your stamina…
Your discipline…
Your clarity…
Your strength…

All come from ONE thing: your health.

In the Rentals Industry, only the strong survive.
Be one of them.
