6. Renters Hub will charge Rental Consultants a small Facilitation Fee.

7. VIEWING FEES and AGENCY FEES have been ABOLISHED. Anyone asking for such monies in 2026 is a crook Who should be prosecuted in a court of law.

8. All DIGITAL OPERATIONS in the industry will happen on https://www.rentershub.co.ke starting January 2026. Marketing, Tenants Screening, Renting, Rent Collection, Bookkeeping, Communications.
